As a Transformation Lead Cloud, you help Top-500 companies achieve their digital ambitions. You bridge the gap between the boardroom and the IT floor, making the value of IT infrastructure and Cloud technology clear. You combine strategic insight with practical decisiveness and lead a team of specialists to transform organizations.

You combine in-depth knowledge of digital infrastructure and cloud technology with strong leadership and consultancy skills. As a trusted advisor, you take the lead in consultancy projects and provide both solicited and unsolicited strategic advice to our clients. You assemble the right team for digital modernization, where your technical expertise, persuasiveness, and teamwork are crucial. In addition, as a manager, you empower your team and coach them to bring out the best in themselves.

Specifically:

You create a vision architecture and translate the needs and expectations of our clients into a high-level design

You establish and improve collaboration across departments in the areas of strategy, technology, and execution

You support the organization in developing clear technology strategies and in strategic decision-making

You design and develop a transformation program and execution models

You are responsible (from a content perspective) for the pre-sales process, creating opportunities and new engagements in collaboration with sales

What will you get in return

Permanent contract.

A salary between € 7000,- and € 9000,-

You bring deep Cloud expertise and broad knowledge of various IT infrastructures. With your natural leadership skills, you inspire your team to follow your lead and perform at their best. You effortlessly navigate different types of people; you observe, listen, and connect, and you take genuine pleasure in sharing your knowledge effectively. Even when outcomes are uncertain, you are able to manage both processes and people with confidence.

You understand that storytelling is a vital skill to draw attention to both the opportunities and the serious threats surrounding digital infrastructure. You are known for your empathy and perseverance, and you don’t give up easily. In everything you do, you take full ownership and feel responsible for turning every challenge into a success. You consistently going the extra mile to exceed stakeholder expectations.

What have you already done?

You hold a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field with a strong IT component

You have at least 5 years of experience as an Architect, Technical Lead, or Lead Consultant

You specialize in Cloud, preferably in Azure and/or AWS

You have led teams with diverse backgrounds and expertise

You have experience with pre-sales processes for new potential clients
