As a Senior Management Consultant, you’ll work directly with senior IT leadership to shape their digital future. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure seamless execution across the board. You’re not just an advisor, you’re a driver of change.
You will:
- Define IT strategies and operating models to support enterprise-wide transformation
- Drive architecture and sourcing engagements
- Translate digital ambitions into executable roadmaps
- Advise on cloud adoption, IT/OT integration, and emerging technologies
- Lead engagements from vision through execution
- Guide and coach client teams for long-term impact
Recent projects include:
- Designing a cloud strategy and transformation roadmap for a leading FinTech
- Launching a cross-border Cloud Competence Center for a pan-European enterprise
- Developing a future-ready IT operating model in a federated organization
- Leading the IT/OT convergence initiative for a global industrial player
